With 9 years in dentistry, Chelsea serves as our Business Manager. Recently married and a mom to six, she’s as adept at managing a busy home as she is at our practice. A Theodore native, she loves all things water—be it a family beach day or a boat ride. At work or play, Chelsea’s at the helm.

She’s your go-to for appointment scheduling, treatment plans, and that essential calming presence that sets the tone for your visit. Her primary aim? Making sure your visit is smooth from the start.

Chambeler Foster has been an integral part of Grand Bay Dental Spa for nearly a decade, working closely with Dr. Sitz to provide patients with a superior level of care. At the age of 28, she’s already amassed an impressive 10 years of experience in the field of dentistry. Outside of work, she’s a loving wife and mom to four boys, and her passions extend to travel and beach outings with her family. What drives her most in her career is the rewarding feeling of instilling confidence in patients through transformative dental care.

Alana Splawn

Community-Driven, Smile-Focused

Alana Splawn, born and raised on Dauphin Island, Alabama, brings 16 years of dental assistant experience to the Grand Bay Dental Spa team. She currently lives in Bayou La Batre with her boyfriend and their beach-loving fur baby, Ziggy. Passionate about community well-being, Alana is dedicated to helping people maintain radiant smiles. She loves her work and captures that sentiment with her favorite word, “Correck,” often heard when she knows everything is going perfectly.
